As an education leader, my educational philosophy revolves shifting the mindset from valuing right answers as the purpose for learning to knowing how to behave when we don’t know answers.  With a passion for change management, teaching and learning pedagogies, design thinking, wellbeing, systems management, and team development, I am an educational leader with international experience on building school communities that fosters deeper learning and developing the holistic child.
